Privacy Policy
Effective September 2026. This policy covers the marketing website at https://simplefringe.com. Customer data inside the SimpleFringe application is governed by the Data Privacy Agreement we sign with each customer before any data changes hands.
What we collect
Your email address, only when you type it into one of our forms: the newsletter signup, the checklist PDF request, or the demo booking. We do not buy lists or collect addresses from anywhere else.
Usage data such as the pages you visit, the links you click, how you arrived here, and general device and browser information. This is collected through Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics. Neither receives your email address or anything you type into a form.
Demo booking details you enter when you schedule a walkthrough, which are handled by SavvyCal, our scheduling provider.
How we use it
To send you what you asked for: the checklist PDF, the newsletter, or a confirmed demo time. To send occasional Service Contract Act updates such as a new Health & Welfare rate or revised Wage Determination guidance if you subscribed. And to understand which pages on this site are useful so we can improve them.
We do not sell your information, share it with advertisers, or use it for anything beyond running this website and communicating with you.
Who processes it
- Resend stores email addresses and sends our newsletter and PDF emails.
- Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics measure site traffic.
- SavvyCal handles demo scheduling.
- Vercel hosts the website.
Each of these vendors processes data under its own privacy policy and only for the purpose described above.
Unsubscribing and deleting your data
Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email matt@simplefringe.com and ask us to remove your address entirely. We will confirm once it is done.
Cookies
The analytics tools above may set cookies or use similar identifiers to count visits. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies of our own. Your browser settings can block or clear cookies at any time.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Questions about it can go to matt@simplefringe.com.
