Yes. SimpleFringe treats the payout method as a per-remediation choice, not a system setting. You can pay shortfalls as cash on one contract and as retirement contributions on another, or switch methods when a prime or agency requires it, without changing anything about how the obligation is calculated.
How do you protect my data?
SimpleFringe's security controls are aligned with NIST SP 800-171 Rev 3 and designed to meet CMMC Level 2 requirements. In practice: AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, 100% U.S.-based infrastructure, role-based access with phishing-resistant MFA, and audit logging on all data access. Every data change and compliance event is written to an audit trail, and dollar amounts and hours are never logged. Access is invitation-only with owner and member roles and per-company data isolation. We require a Data Privacy Agreement before any data changes hands, and we will never sell, share, or use your data for anything other than your compliance management.
